The betta that I rescued from a tank full of african cichlids, has passed away today. He was very stressed and would not eat.
I do not think flushing a fish is the right thing to do. So he will be buried today.

Sorry for your loss. :'( but good for you for rescuing fish!
I took in four rescues about a month ago. Three died within two days, but the little black molly that lived is one of my favorite fish. He overcame some steep odds and is now thriving. <3

Thanks everybody. I had to take him, he was getting really torn up in that tank.
He was in with four venustus and a few peacocks. You can guess how well that went...
