Raccoon butterfly

Bought home the raccoon on Friday and seemed to be settling in ok but just as I was doing my weekly water change when I noticed him in the top corner of the tank and he has developed a lot of black tiny dots around his mouth, any ideas?!

Hmm, it is a little hard to tell form the picture. I know that there is a such thing as black marine "ich," but it could be stress. Just some guesses, good luck!
