Random Snail Looking Things

So, past few days I’ve noticed these tiny snail looking things in my tank...

I’ve got a couple out, my more are appearing, I have zero idea where they have come from.

Anyone got any idea’s?
And Will they harm my fish?

Do you have live plants in your tank? Look like pond snails

Snail invasions are common when buying new plants; as noted above. They hitchhike on the plants or might even ride home sharing the bag with a new fish. Unless you just love snails, it's important to begin manually removing them from your tank. They really know how to multiply, with the potential of populating your tank with hundreds of them.
