If you have used this I have a SIMPLE question. The bottle has a "built in" measuring cup of sorts. There are two caps.

How do you fill this measuring device (To measure litres)? I tried tilting the bottle, twisting it, etc. but it doesn't fill up.

Any tips?

try uncapping the small side and squeezing --- it should fill up.
