Red Sea Marine Lab Kit

Hey guys, I've been eyeing a Red Sea Marine Lab Kit on eBay. Starting a FOWLR that I later plan to change to reef, and wanted to know if this kit will be a good starting kit and if it's better than what API offers. Thanks.
