Reddish brown camouflage worm

I think I may have a flatworm trouble. I noticed something strange in the tank yesterday and thought it was some type of algae. This morning my water was cloudy and cleared up by itself after about 2 hours after the lights came. I got a water sample to test everything and noticed the crazy looking algae was moving. You know what happens next! I look harder there's dozens of them. I sure of how I got them. I'm not sure how to get rid of them. Chemical or 6line?
