I have a 30" 2x65 watt Current Power compact fluorescent lighting fixture for my 36 gallon bowfront soon-to-be reef. It has 2 what appear to be white bulbs and then 2 blue actinic bulbs. What corals can I keep? and as a side not by tank is about 18-19 inches deep (if depth affects it?)

Depth affect PAR. Every zones of your aquarium recieve different PAR values.

You need 1W:1B ratio of fluo lights.

You need two timers. You start blue (actinic), then you run both B&W, then you close W, then you close B.

So that's the light schedule: night, morning blue for 2hrs, then B&W for 6-7hrs, then B for 1-2 hrs, then light off.

Depends on corals you want, softies or SPS ? LPS ?... Really depends...

Thanks! I was mostly wondering what corals this lighting system would support? I'd like to keep LPS but I was wondering if this light was adequate
