reef supplement

any reef supplement that is recommended buy you guys?
i have some LR from LR.com and it has some coral on the rocks.
also, what is the name of this coral?

Looks like Cladocora sp. A type of tube coral. As for a reed suppliment, I don't use one.

Your best course of action to maintain proper levels of trace elements, ALK, CA and PH are to do frequent and regualr water changes. 10% every week for your nano will be fine.
