Rena Xp3 Filstar

just picked up a rena xp3 i have like 6 compartements to put filter media in, ANY recomendations? it included ceramic ring but i hear the blue bio balls own, what do you guys think, btw im setting up a 100 sw fish and some live rock tank

I have 2 canisters (Fluval 404s) on my 125 gal tank. I keep mine with floss in most of the compartments and have carbon in the top chambers.
