restart old fish tank

I would need to restart put in new fish into old tank where all the fish died.
How to start?

What size tank and what are your parameters? The fish that you pick will depend on tank size, PH, GH, and KH, although tank size and PH are most important.

2 feet, fish gouramis, angel, shrimp, assassin snail, algae eater.

Parameter not tested since put in too much algae remover that killed every thing

I think need to wait one Month then put fish in.
Just run the air pump and light.
Already resupply the fertilizer back into it.
Some plant like grey out by the algae

Now got tiny air bubble on the surface. Some plant very resilient to chemical. Start to spout. Using ADA bacter 100 to control future algae growth. Already put 3 spoon in already running air pump and lights only
