Just got back from putting my cat to sleep... He was 17 years old... My mom got him before she even had me... His legs weren't working and he was in a lot of pain... I know it was the right thing to do but I still miss him...

So sorry for your loss. It is a very hard decision to make when you love them so much and they have been your family for so long. Just know there will be moments of feelings great loss and sadness, for a while...
