RO/DI water params...

Does anybody know for sure exactly how water from a RO/DI unit should test if you run the whole suite of tests on it, PH, KH, GH, SG, Nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, etc....???

I'm mostly interested in the PH, alk, hardness and phosphates tests though, cause my city water is like ph 8.5, very very hard, and has periodic bouts of phosphates...

If the ro/di unit is functiong properly, then there shouldn't be any PO4 or NO3 in the sw. That being said, my water comes out of the tap at a pH of 6.5. not sure about water with a pH of 8.5

RO/DI water should have a neutral PH and zero everything else.
