Roseline shark not eating

I have a new tank set up 4 days ago I have 150 gallon tank. I took the cycled filter (fluval 70) from my 60 gallon and added to the gallon 150 g I check my levels and everything was 0. PH is normal as is temp. I purchased 4 roseline sharks 3 days ago. One has just started not to eat and is off to himself and discolored. I have 5 guppies. Any chance this fish pulls though? I have 14 day guarantee but more worried about him hurting the rest of my fish.

In my experience its hard to get them to eat again if they already aren't. You could try to entice him by adding garlic extract to the food, or providing frozen or very good quality live food? I had a rainbow shark that just never ate and nothing I did would help the poor guy. I hope he pulls through!
