Rosey tetra

I have a 6 female rosey tetras, lately i have noticed that the smallest is slighty bloated and acting quite territorial over my bogwood. It keeps charging off the others, any suggestions?

Is it a boy or girl if it is a girl it might be having baby's soon or eggs

Its a female, there are no males in tank,but when i put a dimmer light on she joins the others
