Safe bristle worm?

Big water change today to try and combat the hair algae from the new lighting... these started poking out of live rock everywhere.... they aren't fire worms are they? and are they safe? Something has been bothering my xenia and buttons... could it be these?

They shouldnt bother anything, my cbs and 6 line wrasse pwned them all. I even saw my randalls shrimp goby eating one.
