Sakrete play sand?

Just bought this 50lb bag for around 4$. It's Sakrete Natural Play Sand, fine sand, screened and washed, "For use only as play sand. Not to be used for any other purpose". There is no indicator as to if there are any additives, as it doesn't list anything. My question is, is it safe?
Planning on changing from gravel to sand tomorrow, would really appreciate the heads up on green light or red light.

I use play sand in my tanks. I just rinse it very very well and have not had a problem

That's why I'm asking. I know play sand + pool filter sand are great for tanks. But my question was about the specific brand, if anyone had any experience with Sakrete Natural play sand.
