What's the smallest angel for saltwater

Actually there a couple that you will see from time to time...
Cherub Pygmy Angels that are blue body with a yellowish/orange face.
Flameback Angel (African Pygmy Angels and very similar Brazilian version). That is the one with the yellow/orange running from the face, along the back to its dorsal fin. Usually about twice the cost of Cherubs.
There may be others. Next step up in size you hit the Flame, Coral Beauty, Rustys, etc...all are usually okay in 30 gallons or more.
Check out sites like LiveAquaria, BlueZoo and Vivid Aquariums. Lots of info there...

Flame angels are my favorite. They should be the last fish added if you want to have more fish.
