I dont know what I could have in my Pico to keep the sand sifting, I want to have corals in the sand so nothing that goes to crazy digging. No pistol shrimp because last time I had one i couldnt have any corals on the sand because he would try to move them all the time. Maybe just a few Nassariuss snails? My stock list is 4 Sexy Shrimp and nothing else. Will the nass snails be able to find enough food? or I guess ill just have to feed them?

I'd say nassarius snails will be your best bet. I recall you saying you had a 4 gallon tank that was more like 3 so I think 1 or 2 max would be ideal. Just any food that falls down to the bottom will be fine...Or if you really want to you could add a tiny piece of shrimp or silversides for just them, but that might eventually compromise your water quality.
