Sea Slug?

Yesterday I did a normal water change and today I was looking around the aquarium and saw this little guy. I'd say he's a little under a half an inch long. No idea where he came from nor what he is. Lastly, I have a 12g nano cube.

That's a nudibranch may of which eat zoas and polyps and it is often the same color as its food. Do you have any zoas that color that you've recently purchased?
 
Yes, and here's my current set up (wondering if I have it a little too crowded (the plate coral might be a little much)).

Also, are nudibranchs bad? or are they similar to bristle worms, usually not the best to have?

Why would an lfs want it??? I just foud one in my tank an it got away!!!! Not its going to feast on my zoas while i sleep... KILL IT!
 
I had a purple one munching on my zoas for about a month before I managed to find it : /
