Serpae Tetra/Gold Gourami

So needless to say my gold gourami (aka HITLER) is gone ... i took her to the store today and gave her to em since they dont buy em. She was getting was to aggressive in the tank and was attacking my new Serpae tetras none stop and since i like them and their color more .... out she went .... has anyone heard of a gold gourami being this aggressive and toward serpae who i thought could hold their own

They were the newcomers and she probably felt they were invading her territory. That is definitely not uncommon when new fish are added.
