Hey Everyone,

Currently working on spawning/breeding GBR's. I've gotten some spawns but the eggs have been eaten both times one pair has spawned. I'd like to be able to move the eggs to a QT tank, and I have a sponge filter. The only deal is I'm not a fan of just a tank sitting empty. Would I be able to set up a RCS 10g shrimp tank with sponge filter and move the eggs/fry into there or will the shrimp eat the GBR fry? I know GBR's like shrimp so I figure any RCS fry(?) would be a nice snack. The java moss would give both the shrimp and Fry good places to hide. What's your take on this?

IMO it works better to put the suspected pair in the tank where you want to raise the fry. It's so much easier to move the adults than the fry.
