Shrimp

Never done this so not sure how to, I’m trying to put a couple of pictures to ask some advice. What I’m wondering is does the red shrimp look okay also with regards to this one they were all supposed to be blue dream and this one was really light blue almost see through and then turn red two days later I contacted the seller and he said it will turn blue in a couple of weeks is that true. I’m happy for it not to I found I actually like the colour and it stands out more. My other question is in the centre of the other picture there’s a tiny little mass attached to the grass it looks like a spider egg sack almost there is a few of these in my tank and I’m just not sure about them. Anybody have any insight as to what it can be please. Thanks
