Sick Comet Goldfish

Hi my goldfish has a red lateral line on both sides of his body and a red line at the start of his tail (up / down) on his body He also has a small red streak on his bottom fin. Last of all now I am seeing clear poop. Help !

What tank is he in ?
What is the water testing at ?
How often are you changing water ?

Comets need ponds or huge tanks. They are poop machines and each one needs at least 20g to start out with 40g of filtration.

I'm very sorry your fish is sick.
