Sick fish? Or is it nothing?

I just noticed that my Bumblebee Cichlid has long, white poo. Is this anything to be worried about? How should I treat it if it is?

I should probably also mention that the end of it was brown.

I've never seen that before, but I have read that it is a symptom of several diseases or parasites.
