We have had 4 blue glofish for 2 years now. We have had no problems. About a month ago we added two sucker fish. One of the sucker fish died. Then I noticed my largest glofish started getting white spots and not eating as much. Researched and found the that it was probably bacterial. Treated it with malachite green. Which I realize now was probably a mistake and why I should have not used Google. I have cleaned the tank because tonight we lost the biggest glo fish (Big Jimmy) we buried him in the snow for my 8 year old son. He is Autistic and loves these fish. He is heart broken. Worse yet the other fish are still not acting right and I don't know what else to do. All of the levels are okay. The water has been changed. Is there anything else I can do to help save these fish? They are all at the top of the tank.
