Hi, he was feeling much better 2 days ago. Yesterday and today, he started to stay at the bottom of the tank. He sits there, wiggles, and keeps on opening and closing his mouth. He keeps doing that and doesn't move around to eat. What's happening?

It would be worth getting an ammonia test kit or getting water tested at lfs. This would rule out ammonia issue.
