Sick Molly Fish? Can’t figure it out

Hi. My black Molly fish has started displaying these white spots. I’m not sure what it is. All my levels are normal in the tank and she is still eating and acting normal. I cannot figure out what is happening to her. I have been treating the tank with Melafix just in case. Please let me know what you think, thank you!!
