sick Neon's help

I have one neon that has big spots from the top fin towards the tail, parts of these spots are translucent and others are white, I'm noticing another neon getting this same thing, the first one has had it since a while now but my girlfriend said maybe I should Isolate them so they dont spread anything, does anyone know what this might be and what should I do.

no it is not ick, and its more like a oval spot on skin if you will.
