I just noticed my wrasses eye is swollen just wondering if this is a disease or from another fish picking on him because his tail fin is picked at i have a pseudochromi and a fp clown

It`s probably popeye disease. You can see it in this link

As it says usually caused by not so great water quality. I dont know about the treatment he has on the link but I`ve always suggested pristine water conditions should take care of it.

Yes it could be. Anything is possible but most cases are from poor water conditions. How often are you doing PWC`s ?

i do water changes once a month about 20%
