Skimmer - bubbles issue

I have a 29g biocube that I recently outfitted with a skimmer. While the skimmer is doing a wonderful job, I hate running it because of all the microbubbles that are released into the display.
Any suggestions for a solution to remove the bubbles before the water is released back into the tank?

What kind of skimmer is it? The break in period for a skimmer can be as long as a few weeks. Micro bubbles tend to decrease once the skimmer is broken in. There are also other things that can be done depending on the skimmer.

It is an AquaticLife Internal Mini-Skimmer.
