Small sea urchin with live Rock

I got 80 lbs of live rock today from liverocks.com (40 gulf and 40 key). As I opened each carton all I kept saying was wow.

What I was amazed to find was a small sea urchin. It's in bad shape, many of the spines were broken during transport. Anything I can do to help keep this little fellow alive? I know it's alive because it's been slowly moving.

I'm sure I will have more questions as I find more life.

Not much that I know of that you can do except keep water quality decent. Don't worry about the spines, it will grow more. I have them break spines without ill effects.
