Solarensus fairy wrasse losing color

I'm curious about the color of my solar fairy wrasse. Occasionally if I turn my lights on early A.M to do a project my wrasse has lost color and is acting strange. Settled on the sand or leaning up on a rock ro the point where I immediately do a small water change.

Is this typical? Also this wrasse kicked my diamond goby out of its cave under the rock. And makes its own holes. Is this also typical?

I have several wrasses and yes, they will fade during the night hours and they will also evict any fish living in its choice of homes. lol My lunar will lie on the sand every night until he finds a hole to sleeping. Very typical, dont let it startle or worry you.
