Some kin of tube worm

I think it's some kind of worm. Outer white tubes are hard. Breaks of if pushed on and then regrows. Saw a couple thin white tentacles from in the rock where it's growing from?? Any ideas good or bad??

Yup, tube worm.....filter feeder, not bad at all.
