Your fish probibly experenced significant shock to their systems during the transfer, and I doubt the water treatment solution helped any.
Did you use the water from the old system? did you cycle your new tank before adding the fish? Starting up a new system takes time. Its not a one day event. My tank was cycling for 3 weeks before I felt the parameters were stable enough. and after that I waited until my algea bloom went away before I added fish. ( another 4 weeks)
Your algea bloom is probibly a result of a new system cycling. Its perfectly normal. Just wait for it to pass, wait for your rock to cure, and after all of the parameters have been stable for a week, wait another week. Then you can add fish.
