Something killed my Ricordia!

One of the free corals i got from the lfs was a ricordia covered rock which has since died. I saw on one of them the day i got it some kind of growth that looked kinda like the back of a lettuce nudibranch? The next day or 2 it completely killed every ricordia but one little bitty one that i am hoping will live. I am just curious as to what it might have been? I have broken off the small corner that the little one is stuck to and moved it and boiled the rock to make sure that whatever it is doesnt spread to anything else.

It was most likely a predatory nudibranch that you saw.

That was what i was thinking too only it grew on the coral like a fungus almost and it was like the whole riccordia just turned into this spaghettiish pile of stuff lol i really wish i coulda got a pic
