Sorry...fire bellied toads breeding and eggs

I know this isn't fish related, but my fire bellied toads are mating and laying eggs this morning.....eeeeekkk. My 11 y/o daughter noticed them and the eggs about an hour ago. From what I had read their habitat had to be PERFECT for them to mate and actually lay eggs and I wasn't willing to make it "perfect" so I didn't worry about them actually laying eggs EVER......
Does anyone have any experience with fire bellied toad breeding/toadlet care....
