Sources for aquarium plants?

My lfs has some plants for sale but they literally looked like they had a layer of dust/dirt on them. Is this normal? I saw live plants in the display tanks and they didn't look like that. Other than them my only other choice is petsmart. I'd rather avoid petsmart other than my free water tests lol. Any good online sites to order from?

Visit the classifieds section and snoop around or post what you are looking for. Many users sell extra plants on here.

I know you were asking about online sources, but many PetSmart stores carry the Topfin gelpack plants. These are plants grown out of the water in a clear, gel like media. Look for the smaller square packs and not the taller cylinders. Some of plants in the cylinder packs are fine but some are non aquatic plants. I've had great success with them.
