It looks like a Pleco to me. (plecostumas) wow I hope I spelled that right.

fish are wonderful to have, horrible to eat

every time I had something beside a pleco it died. So I just stuck to plecos ever since.

Looks kinda like a common to me, goto www.planetcatfish.com and post in their ID forum and they should be able to tell you. A full body pic with the fins extended would help.
