Good luck. And it does happen quite often to people....a friend of mine had a 150 gallon reef, and was out running his yard sale one sunny afternoon when his 4½ year-old daughter decided that she wanted to feed the fish, and managed to dump the entire contents of a brand new 10 oz jar of flake food into his tank....it was nearly 15 minutes later when he found out....the stuff had clogged his filter intakes and had covered everything. With careful siphoning, lots of water-changes, and constant monitoring for the next week, he managed to get through the crisis with only minimal damage. Unfortunately, this was all to naught, as about 10 months later, all his fish and inverts started dying-off horribly and fairly quickly, and after running every imaginable test three times, I suggested that he had some contaminant that we could not test for and to start moving live rock to find it....his youngest daughter (about 2½ at the time) had dropped 4 metallic crayons into the back of the tank, and they were slowly melting...nontoxic to children, but apparently deadly to marine life.
