Spontanious snail invasion.

Last night I discovered three tiny snails in my tank. I have no idea how they got there. The last plant I added to my tank got there about a month ago, and nothing else has been put in except a brand new aquarium ordainment.
Help?

It can take several weeks for snail eggs to hatch out, that's probably what it was.

Last plant sounds about right time wise, these was most likely an egg sack on the plant. I say enjoy the free cleaning service if it gets out of hand get an assassin snail or two, its less work than trying to pick out each snail or add chemicals. Good luck.

Get yourself about 3 or 4 clown loaches. They should take care of them. how big is your tank first?
