Spray bar

Does anyone know where I can find a spray bar for a new API XP-L canister filter I am expecting on Monday, my understanding is they no long supply the spray bar with the new filters.

I think you are correct, the canisters come with an outlet nozzle not a spray bar...

They used to come an ADJUSTABLE spray bar, I have three of the Filstars with this type of spray bar and I love being able to adjust the flow.

I have no idea why they stopped including the adjustable spray bars, that was something that differentiated the Filstar from other filters.

But to answer your question, I think they discontinued making/offering the spray bars.

I would watch eBay for new old stock which does appear.

You can get aftermarket generic spray bars and then fit it to the outlet on the filter.

Lastly you can make your own - it's very easy and inexpensive, you tube is your friend.

I think you will like the Filstar...
