I'm so happy! For the last four days my readings have stayed the same and I think my tank has finally cycled! I hope I'm correct. Here are my readings: My ammonia has been at 0 for the past two days and not above 0.25 for the last 8 days, the pH is steady at 7.6, my Nitrites are at 0 and my Nitrates were increasing but have leveled off at 10.0 for the last two weeks. The water is crystal clear; in fact it's so clear it's like watching the fish float in mid-air. Or, as my wife said it looks like a high-def TV!

Now, I'm going to wait about another week to add three more fish (Serpae Tetra's to go with the three I already have) to make sure my readings remain steady!

Thanks to everyone for assisting me through this cycling process. I know I couldn't have done it without all of the expert help from this forum!

Mike

:thanks:
