Hi my name is Linda. I just set up a 37 gallon fish tank. I have been doing water changes every day for the past two weeks, due to the fact of high ammonia reading being really high and nothing has changed. If any body can give me some tips I would really appreciate it.

4 glo fish, 2 angels, pleco, 2 platys and one gubby.

Hello Linda,

There are many many reasons for high ammonia levels. Over crowding is one; but that doesn't seem to be your problem. How many times, how much, and what kind of water ru using? What filtration do you have.

Were using tap water plus using water conditioner. Doing water changes everyday , doing 25 and 50 % water changes. We have a Tetra bio filter.
