okay so i have a questions concerning carbon bags! i currently have a 55 gallon saltwater FOWLR that has been setup for about 6 months! its healthy i do weekly water changes and test my water! i am using a canister filter with 3 stage filtration! i just got a 10 gallon tank that i am going to setup for reef tank! i just put a carbon bag in my tank thats setup and let the bacteria grow on it! after i purchase my live rock and live sand i want to put the carbon bag that has beneficial bacteria in my 10 gallon to help speed up the process! would that work!? i am also wondering what type of filtration i should use for a 10 gallon thats going to have 2 clowns and corals! any suggestions!:ermm:

It's probably not going to do much if it's a thin mesh bag. Use a large piece of sponge instead. An Aquaclear HOB filter rated for 20 gallons is perfect.
