Starting a tropical fish tank

Yestaday i got a tropical fishvtank a 64 litre i got sand for the tank but we cleaned the sand out so it wasnt misty i put it in the fish tank and it puffed up with mist this morning a tiny little bit has gone will the mist go here is my tank

If when you say "mist" you mean it is cloudy water, then yes it will all settle within a day or so and your water will then be clear.
