i can respond to anyone's but can't find where to write my own......getting ready to quit

ok, since you're new too, maybe you'll help me. I cannot find where to post a question and i'm sooooo frustrated. before i quit and move to another site, i'm giving it one last shot

At the top left of the main page of each forum is a button labelled "New Thread" click on that and post away.
