I'm running a 10 gallon fowlr do I need a fuge

That's really up to you it does help but that's not that big of a tank so you don't need it

I want to eventually keep a twin spot goby and I've herd u need a fuge to keep a good supply of food

And I think I need to add some finer sand what I have is kinda coarse

I don't know anything about golbys but I wouldn't think you need a fuge for as much as a small hang on fuge u could buy a 30 gal and use your ten gal and a fuge
