I'm guessing a 20H and a 29H (Ithink that is the only way 29s come) right?
You could set up a pair of rams in either tank. Once you decide which one then the stocking for that tank can begin. As for tank mates, upper and middle level small fish are a good choice. I would keep what ever on the small side and nothing aggressive. You could go with small livebearers like Least Killies or maybe a few Endlers. You could also go with a shaol of smaller tetras. I would avoid too many bottom dwellers unless you're not worried about the rams reproducing.

Some male guppies and hatchet fish would look great. Dwarf gouramis are another option.
