Aquarium Advice Apprentice
I've got a 29 gallon freshwater tank. Water paramaters are fine. Current occupants are:
- 3 sunset fire platies
- 2 gold twinbar platies
- 6 zebra danios
I'm considering getting red eye tetras or bloodfin tetras, both of which are schooling fish, so I'm assuming I should get at least 5.
In addition, I'd like to get a few dwarf cory catfish. I know larger numbers of these are suggested, too, but will 3 live happy enough?
That would put my total occupancy at:
- 3 sunset fire platies
- 2 gold twinbar platies
- 6 zebra danios
- 5 bloodfin tetras (or red eye tetras)
- 3 dwarf cory cats
Too many fish for my 29 gallon tank?
