strange white on synodontis.. help

There is white on his fin, and just before his dorsal fin. I'm currently dosing with Furan-2. the other spot looks like a scab? I do water changes every week. Any idea what this is? Should I try doing Kanaplex in conjunction?

I'm worried sick.

I dont know. It dosent really look like columnaris to me, then again, ive never seen what columnaris looks like on anything besides a guppy or molly.........
